Coordinator Workflow

  1. Login and open Dashboard to review pending work.
  2. Create events and configure document requirements in Events.
  3. Monitor department submissions and review statuses in Documents.
  4. Approve, reject, or request correction through workflow controls.
  5. Generate basic or advanced reports and export outputs in Reports.

Department Workflow

  1. Login and review assigned tasks from Dashboard guidance.
  2. Open Events to identify active workflows and requirements.
  3. Upload required files in Documents with correct requirement mapping.
  4. Re-run AI checks or replace files where required.
  5. Submit for coordinator review and track remarks/decision status.

Admin Workflow

  1. Access Admin console and manage colleges, users, and departments.
  2. Configure AI providers/models and institution usage limits.
  3. Moderate communication and send notifications.
  4. Review audit/system logs and enforce access/security controls.
  5. Manage data exports and backup settings for governance.

End-to-End Operating Sequence
